Entrepreneurs at heart, Sophie Brodeur and Rémi Taillon have owned Ferme Réso since 2011.
When Sophie's father suggested she take over the farm on which she grew up, Rémi and her naturally accepted because launching into the production of grain-fed veal would allow them to achieve their entrepreneurial dream and to live off their passion.
Now assisted by one employee, Ferme Réso rears 1,200 grain-fed calves annually and starts up 750 calves in nurseries. Their calves are fed grain corn grown entirely on the farm.
Their four children are happy to live in close contact with nature and animals and are actively involved in the farm in their own way.
Sophie and Rémi are proud to help feed local families by producing the best quality veal and in the best possible conditions.
Ferme Réso has received several awards that testify to the owners' passion.
